Projects that arrive already designed
We are building a network of outdoor-living contractors. What makes it different is what the homeowner has already done before you hear from them: laid out a real island, chosen real equipment, and seen a real number.
A name and a phone number is not a project
Most lead services capture contact details before the homeowner has thought about what they want. You pay for the privilege of finding out they were browsing, had no budget, or wanted something you do not build.
They have drawn it
A plan, a dimensioned front elevation and a 3D view of the island they actually want — not a description over the phone.
They have specified it
Real model numbers from ten manufacturers, each with its published cutout. You know exactly what you would be framing for.
They have seen a number
Construction and equipment priced separately and live as they built it. Sticker shock has already happened, or it has not.
Trades across the whole outdoor project
Outdoor kitchens are where homeowners start, but a backyard rarely stops there. We want partners across the scopes a finished project actually touches.
Partners are expected to hold the licences and insurance their state and trade require. Projects are shared with the homeowner's consent and matched on service area, specialty and capacity.
Where this actually stands
The network is forming now. We would rather tell you that than imply a national roster that does not exist yet. The design tool is live and free, homeowners are using it, and we are signing up the first partners by region.
What we are not doing
Selling the same lead to five contractors, or charging for volume that has not been proven. Commercial terms are being set region by region and will be agreed in writing before anything is routed to you.
What registering does
Puts you on the list for your service area and starts a conversation. No fee, no commitment, and no obligation on either side until there is an agreement worth signing.
Register your interest
Tell us the trade and the area. We will come back to you when the network opens in your region.
